Named after owner Lynette’s nickname “Lulu”, LuluRide is a family owned and operated business.

”My first time noticing scooters was in Milan Italy. My first thoughts were how fantastic and fun they looked. A few years later I had the opportunity to experience riding one with my daughter in Virginia visiting my son at college. We had the best time traveling and enjoying the sites downtown, that would not have been nearly as manageable on foot.
